The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) issued the official notification for the Sakshamta Pariksha Phase III (Competency Test for Teachers – CTT) 2025. Designed for existing local body teachers across Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary levels, this test assessed professional competence and subject knowledge. The online application window was held from 22 February 2025 to 23 March 2025. The exam occurred between 23–25 July 2025, the provisional answer key was released on 13 August 2025, and the final results were declared on 4 September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility for the BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha (Third Phase) 2025 was restricted to in-service local body teachers already working in government and recognized institutions across Bihar. This was not a fresh recruitment drive but a competency validation exam.
Criteria Details
Who Can Apply Only Local Body Teachers appointed under Panchayati Raj Institutions, Urban Local Bodies, and Nationalized Schools of Bihar.
Levels Covered Teachers working at Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Senior Secondary levels.
Educational Qualification Candidates must already possess the minimum professional qualifications prescribed under NCTE norms (such as D.El.Ed, B.Ed, Graduation, or Post-Graduation depending on the class taught).
Employment Requirement Only currently serving teachers were eligible; fresh applicants were not allowed.
Age Limit No separate age limit applied, as the exam was exclusively for in-service teachers
